Already home to numerous Wilderness Study Areas, the 2024 Rock Spring RMP designated new areas of critical environmental concern, limiting another 935,000 acres, which included the Killpecker sand dunes special recreation area. Support Withdrawing “Conservation and Landscape Health” Rule That Sells Public Lands to Highest Bidder in Name of Environmentalism

The BLM is proposing to rescind the Conservation and Landscape Health Rule. This rule prioritized “conservation” on BLM land through a new scheme of selling “conservation leases.” It is a backdoor attempt to sell out our public land to the highest bidder to achieve goals of the 30×30 Plan favored by anti-access organizations.
