Three Records on One Climb
Mosquito Pass. 13,185 Feet. In Snow.
Brent Oliver will drive a purpose-built 1978 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 on 49-inch tires up Mosquito Pass, the highest inhabitable pass in North America, entirely on his own power.
There will be no chase trucks, no tow straps, and no external assistance of any kind. The roadway itself will be snow-covered for the final push to the summit. The attempt will be documented through multi-camera video, GPS elevation tracking, and independent witnesses on the mountain.
RECORD 1
First solo, unassisted snow-on-road ascent of Mosquito Pass by a wheeled vehicle.
RECORD 2

MEET BRENT OLIVER
THE MAN WHO DEFIES ODDS
On May 19, 1991, a cable stretched across a mountain road broke Brent Oliver’s neck at C3 through C5, punctured both lungs, and severed his trachea.
He went twenty minutes without a pulse, then another twenty, while two bystanders performed CPR for two and a half hours before first responders reached the scene.
Doctors told his family he would not live, that if he survived he would not walk, and that if he walked he would never regain meaningful function. Brent went on to do all three. Through years of repetition and self-directed work, he rebuilt a body that had been written off and returned to a full career in civil construction and military airfield concrete production.
In 2018, a new diagnosis arrived: his spinal cord is progressively deteriorating, and only 30 percent of it remains functional today. For Brent, every trail he runs now is a trail he cannot be guaranteed tomorrow. For someone who grew up in the outdoors, motorized vehicles have become his lifeline to keep moving.
Brent founded the Brent Oliver 541 Foundation, a non-profit that funds mobility equipment, home accessibility modifications, and fights for public land motorized access.
THE DELEGATION
Next Stop: Washington D.C.
Disabled riders will sit across the table from members of Congress and make the case for access in person.
BlueRibbon Coalition is assembling a delegation of physically disabled off-roaders to travel to Washington, D.C. and meet face-to-face with members of Congress, and they will carry a single message: for many disabled Americans, motorized access to public land is the only access they will ever have.
That message is tied to the Outdoor Americans with Disabilities Act, a bill that would require federal land managers to keep a meaningful number of routes open and usable for all Americans. The bill has real momentum in both chambers, and what it needs now are the votes to move it over the finish line.
OUR GOAL
If the sweepstakes can raise $100,000 by June, it will fully fund the flights, lodging, and on-the-ground work to get the delegation in front of Congress. Every entry moves the meter on that goal.

CUSTOM-BUILT
2026 Polaris RZR PRO S 4
Meet the ultimate expression of accessible off-road performance. The 2026 Polaris RZR PRO S 4 is engineered to conquer rugged terrain with confidence, comfort, and control — making it a powerful tool for public land access no matter your capability.
Built on a wide-track platform with class-leading suspension and a reinforced chassis, the RZR PRO S 4 delivers exceptional stability, smooth ride quality, and predictable handling across rocks, sand, mud, and high-speed trail systems.
But that’s not all…
This RZR PRO S 4 isn’t stock. With support from Moab Tour Company, Karl Malone Powersports, and SLOREX, our build partner R1 Industries have carefully selected a package of premium upgrades designed to push its capability even further — improving durability, comfort, and control in demanding environments. From enhanced protection and suspension tuning to trail-ready accessories, every addition serves a purpose: making the machine more stable, more forgiving, and more usable across a wider range of terrain and rider needs.
The result is a side-by-side that doesn’t just look impressive, but performs at a level that expands what’s possible on the trail — especially for riders who depend on confidence and predictability. Whether you’re navigating technical terrain or exploring wide-open landscapes, this machine is designed to go farther — no matter your ability.
Its four-seat configuration allows friends, family, or support riders to experience the outdoors together — because access isn’t just about getting there, it’s about sharing the experience. This custom-built RZR represents freedom, independence, and the belief that terrain should never be the element that stops you.

Operation : Accessible
Public Lands for All
We love public lands and our right to explore them. But for millions of Americans, walking long distances or hiking rugged trails simply isn’t possible. That doesn’t mean they should be excluded.
Operation : Accessible pushes back against policies and closures that ignore the reality of limited mobility. When motorized access is removed without considering accessibility, entire communities lose the ability to experience public lands they own just as much as anyone else.
This sweepstakes helps fund BlueRibbon Coalition’s work to ensure public-land management recognizes that responsible motorized access is often the only form of access for people with disabilities, injuries, age-related limitations, or other mobility challenges.
By entering, you’re not just entering to win an incredible machine — you’re supporting a future where outdoor recreation is truly meant for everyone, regardless of ability.
