October 2023 - BlueRibbon Coalition & State of Utah File Appeals

The BlueRibbon Coalition, alongside Colorado Offroad Trail Defenders and the State of Utah, filed an appeal with the Interior Board of Land Appeals (IBLA), alleging the BLM’s 2023 TMA plan violated NEPA, contained mapping errors, ignored public comments, and infringed on R.S. 2477 rights. BRC requested a stay to halt the closures, arguing significant economic and recreational harm.
