The annual membership meeting for BRC will be hosted via Zoom.

The meeting will take place Monday, December 29, 2025.
Meeting will begin at 6:00 pm Pacific time
7:00 pm Mountain time
8:00 pm Central time
9:00 pm Eastern time.

The meeting is scheduled to last approximately 60 minutes.

Any member who has a question they would like addressed by the board of directors need to submit their questions or comments in writing by email to [email protected] no later than Wednesday, December 24, 2025, 4:00 pm Mountain time.

We will try and address these questions during the membership meeting, however if we are not able to do so, please be assured that all questions will be address by email or by phone if necessary by the board.

The agenda for the meeting and any updates will be posted on the meeting website https://blueribboncoalition.org/meeting/ a couple of days prior to the meeting.
